Lent & Easter at St James
Celebrating Nicaea Lent Course (online)
This year marks 1700 years since the Council of Nicaea, which produced the Nicene Creed, a key statement of Christian belief. As Nicaea (modern-day Iznik) is part of our diocese, we have a unique reason to celebrate this anniversary with a special online Lent course. Aimed at members of our chaplaincies who recite the Creed each Sunday, the course will explore its words in depth across five sessions, starting on Wednesday, 12th March at 8pm. Join us as we seek to understand the Creed’s meaning and significance more fully. You can receive the link to join through our Weekly Email, Church App (search 'St James Voorschoten' in your app store), or by sending an email to [email protected].
